Richard and I took a mini-vacation down to Gulf Shores this past weekend. It was a much needed getaway. He just finished up for the semester with classes and I just finished preschool for the school year! We found a cheap condo across the street from the beach and snatched it up. Of course it rained most of the day on Friday, but that didn't stop us from having fun. We went to see the new Narnia movie, which is TERRIFIC.
Saturday, the rain went away and we went to the beach all day. We both got burnt because of this, but it was well worth it. Richard forgot to put suncreen on the backs of his legs, so he got it bad.
Sunday, we had to leave. We walked on the beach one last time and said good-bye to the ocean, then it was off to the "Home of Throwed Rolls". That's right, we went to Lambert's. And it was back to Auburn after that.
